Scope:

The Machine Operator role is responsible for the operation of test and calibration equipment at InjectorsDirect.com.  This role will be primarily responsible for the operation, oversight & maintenance during the main stages of production in the diesel fuel injector manufacturing process.

Office Manager

Reports to: President | Andrew Grow

Scope:

The Office Manager role is responsible for the support and administrative functions for the management team at InjectorsDirect.com.  This role will be primarily responsible for covering the daily needs of the President of InjectorsDirect.com in the areas of scheduling, communications, correspondence and special projects.  Once these tasks have been taken care of, the Office Manager will be asked to support the office of InjectorsDirect.com on daily tasks as needed.  The Office Manager will ensure that all tasks are executed in a manner that exemplifies InjectorsDirect.com’s mission, vision and core values.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Accounting
    • Manage QuickBooks lists and accounts
    • Receive payments and make deposits
    • Review and code bills
    • Accounts Payable
    • Complete & process monthly sales tax reports & payments
    • Set up credit accounts with vendors and update current employee and job lists
    • Oversee and maintain company accounts
    • Provide insight for new organizational methods
  • Human Resources
    • Complete new employee orientation: paperwork and folders, security codes, and office introduction
    • Produce and review timecards and daily job reports; prepare for payroll
    • Coordinate Workers Compensation and Liability Insurance
      • File Injury reports; Follow up with SCIF, employee and insurance company
      • Ensure OSHA compliance: create safety plan meetings with PC, assist with presentation if necessary
      • Supply and maintain first-aid kits with the assistance of the Head of Production (HP)
    • Ensure company compliance
    • Organize company meetings or events
    • Coordinating training of new procedures, software, etc.
