Who We Are: is an online distributor offering parts for Duramax, Cummins, and Power Stroke diesel engines. We are a fast-growing locally owned and operated business developing a robust Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing Team to support our eCommerce storefront. We are in search of a leader for this team who will be responsible for the following duties:


-Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Sales and Marketing team including inside and outside Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing representatives
-Train new Sales/Customer Service/Marketing representatives
-Monitor all incoming sales leads via phone, email, or chat, to ensure 100% perfect follow-through by the sales team
-Track lost sales and follow up with customers to attempt to recover the sale opportunity
-Oversee use of CRM tool to strategically market to existing customers
-Set daily, weekly, and monthly goals for sales team associates and develop strategy to ensure that goals are met
-Meet weekly with management team to discuss current goals and monthly tracking/projections
-Develop new marketing strategies and implement with the Sales/Marketing Team
-Answer, respond to, and follow-up on incoming sales and customer service calls, emails, and other inquiries
-Set up new customer accounts ensuring accurate data collection and entry
-Oversee, update, and maintain existing customer accounts ensuring accurate data collection and entry
-Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and web chat
-Process customer returns, both core and warranty, in accordance with SOP
-Resolve customer concerns in adherence with written customer satisfaction policies
-Oversee marketing of products and business via website content development, updates, and social media accounts
-Oversee development product literature and create printed marketing materials
-Follow good housekeeping best practices for workstation, work area, and general office space
-Adhere to’s Safety standards and policies
-Perform other job duties, activities or responsibilities as assigned by the needs of the business, with or without notice

Ideally, a well qualified applicant will have the following experience:

-High School Diploma
-Bachelor or Associate degree in Business or Marketing
-2+ years of experience in inside sales and customer service management, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
-Experience handling and resolving customer concerns and issues.
-Experience with and strong proficiency in social media account management including marketing content development. (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc.)
-Experience working in automotive industry and/or hands-on automotive repair skills.
-Experience managing and developing a sales team.
-Proficiency with Mac OS, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
-Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, etc.)
-Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce)
