The 2019-2020 Ram 6.7L Cummins engine is prone to the same types of fuel system failures that have plagued other CP4-based systems. CP4 pump failure can occur when DEF or another foreign substance is added to the fuel system. The CP4 pump has also been known to fail due to design flaws which allow for premature internal wear and at times, catastrophic failure. This kit provides a complete repair solution for CP4 pump failure, DEF contamination, or water-in-fuel contamination on your 2019-2020 6.7L Cummins.

As the base component for our high-pressure pumps, the CP3 has proven to withstand extreme pressure, extreme RPM, and extreme environmental conditions; making it the preferred hardware for the S&S 2019-2020 RAM durability solution.
At the heart of the S&S Diesel Motorsport No Tuning Required 2019-2020 RAM CP3 Conversion Kit is a brand-new Bosch CP3NH base pump that is internally modified for improved durability, high speed performance, and tuning-free rail pressure control. The ultra-reliable CP3 is combined with OE-grade components for a truly refined kit that looks as if it had come out of the Cummins Mid-Range Engine Plant in Columbus, IN.
This kit is comprised of 100% new OE parts with no remanufactured components. Simply flushing the fuel system is inadequate, and could lead to residual contaminants in your fuel system. Contamination is the number one cause of repeat injector failure. Replacing all of the fuel system components is the only way to prevent recurring contamination issues.
