2001-2004.5 LB7 Duramax fuel injectors are known for developing haze at idle due to a poor seal between the nozzle pintle and seat. S&S Diesel Motorsport has teamed up directly with Bosch to develop a stock-flowing LB7 SAC nozzle to replace the obsolete VCO nozzle that is currently used on stock LB7 fuel injectors. The end result is the SAC00™, an emissions-friendly, direct replacement injector that will outlast the original equipment. These SAC00™ LB7 injectors help increase durability without an increase in fueling.

Each LB7 injector comes with a two-year warranty (Remanufactured) or three-year warranty (New.) Information about warranty policies can be found HERE.

Each LB7 injector includes O-rings and copper crush washers necessary for installation. In order to complete the installation of your new injectors, we recommend replacing the return line seals and lower valve cover gaskets, which can be found HERE and HERE.
